It was
a neat place. All the staff were very
professional. They knew their jobs and
carried them off successfully. That's
good since the job was to keep their
clients (us) safe.

I did
the zipline at one of your competitors
yesterday and wanted to let you know how
you measured up. It took us about an
hour and a half and we walked up a TON
of stairs. It was fun zipping over
......, etc., but I really preferred the
scenery and platforms at Thomas Falls.
Their guides didn't interact with us
very much. Maybe they were tired but
your guides were WAY better.
What makes your zipline experience stand
out is the scenery, the challenge log -
no one else has anything like that -
your suspension bridge, your guides, the
tractor ride to the long platform, and
the tractor ride back. You have great
facilities in the heart of the
Pineywoods and we're planning another
trip your way in the fall.

I love
adventure and Zip lining is right up my
alley. I invited one of my best friends
and her family to join me and my special
needs son to celebrate my birthday at
Thomas Falls. I was nervous that my son
would not understand how and when to
break and that he might not be able to
complete the course. The guides and
staff were amazingly patient and
incredibly awesome to my son, Logan.
They took the time to show my little
ADHD, Autistic, Down syndrome having son
how to safely operate the pull break and
made sure that he was safe. Some might
be thinking "of course they did, they
didn't want to be liable". If that were
true they could have just asked us to
leave when Logan didn't get it right
after the 3rd try. Instead we brain
stormed on wording and came up with
commands that he would understand and it
WORKED! He was able to complete the
course. The grounds were very well kept
and the picnic area is beautiful. The
perfect location for a wedding or other
gathering. Something else that I loved
was the wagon ride from zip to zip. I
have been before where I had to hike
from zip to zip and that just zaps so
much of the energy and fun. I would
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.
